There are different JPB CONSULTING products
available in German and in French, that are
applied as stand-alone deliveries within a
general training session, or integrated in one
of the "Syntony" modules included in the MENTAL
MERGER® process.
Mono-cultural seminars
to make involved persons aware of intercultural
sources of conflicts and mechanisms:
- The
Mono-cultural awareness workshop (Le "Séminaire
de Sensibilisation mono-culturel") covers
one day, form 9h to 18h.
- The basic
mono-cultural workshop (Le "Séminaire de
Base mono-culturel") covers two days and is
delivered exclusively at in-company sessions.
Multicultural workshops
to bring together key players in international
co-operations for building up interpersonal
relations and creating the indispensable basis
of confidence:
The bi-cultural
Syntony-Workshop, without application of
Structogram® (L'Atelier Syntonie bi-culturel,
sans Structogram®), available both in
inter-company format (mixing participants from
several organizations), or in-company (then
reserved for employees of one organization)
during two and a half days.
- The
bi-cultural "Syntony For Me" training, with
application of Structogram® (L'Atelier "Syntony
For Me" bi-culturel, avec Structogram®),
covers two and a half days.
- The
Synergogram® workshop (Le Séminaire
Synergogram®), is mono-cultural and covers
two to three days.
- The
Syntony - Automotive mono-cultural workshop
(Le séminaire Syntonie - Automobile
mono-culturel), is specifically designed for
the French automotive sub-contractor
industry and covers two days.
