SYNTONIE-workshop (open course)


Target Group


French and German managers, ex- and impatriates, project and team-leaders, key players with responsibilities in multi cultural co-operations, especially in a Franco- German environment.

Objectives and benefits of the course

  • to avoid costly mechanisms of intercultural misunderstandings, especially in Franco-German co-operations
  • to provide tools enabling managers to consciously benefit from complementarities
  • to show the differences in managing German and French employees
  • to promote the basis for a common understanding and mutual acceptance of different work methods, processes and business approaches
  • to train a professional way of managing intercultural relationships with the "alter ego"
  • to provoke behavioural changes enabling managers to achieve targets within an intercultural environment
  • to find out pragmatic solutions for the daily co-operation
  • exchange of management experiences

Language
In the mother languages of the participants (french or german) with professional simultaneous translation

3 days (from Wednesday evening to Saturday noon)
