Syntony... or not to be

For over 20 years, JPB Consulting has been delivering to corporations the extra transcultural value made available through mergers & acquisitions and international co-operations. Our mission it to build and establish a long lasting and realistic framework for trust replacing previous conflicts.

The pressures of corporate changes can disrupt and destabilise, due to specific emotional viruses.

These viruses promote a climate of mistrust and induce "mental pollution" in the minds of key players.

Key players waste energy on defense- and survival mechanisms instead of focusing on operational objectives.

Differences between cultures and corporations are often used as an excuse for a lack of efficiency. However, these differences are just one of the 4 factors of incidence, which all reinforce the principal cause of disfunction: MISTRUST!

The key competency of JPB Consulting is in building and establishing a long lasting realistic framework for trust in mergers & acquisitions and international projects. This realistic framework for trust can only come from encouraging motivation in key players. Once established, it results in intrinsic new behaviour, that cannot be imposed.

As in competitive sport, it is a team’s strong mental focus which determines the lead that it has over its competitors.

The mentalmerger® process enables key players to respect their differences and to "merge mentally". mentalmerger® liberates the potential for productive interaction and maximum synergy.

Instead of being lost in political and strategic controversies and other false debates, key players concentrate on practical matters at hand. By recognising those differences as complimentary, the latent transcultural value in international ventures can be liberated.
