Born in 1955, he is a holder of the diploma awarded by the European Business School in Paris. His track record includes seven years executive and sales manager of a German subsidiary in France, then two years manager of a French subsidiary from the German mother company.

Since 1986, a co-manager/senior partner of JPB Consulting, located in La Rochette.

The co-author of several publications on Franco-German management, the manual "Deutsch-französisches Kooperations-Management" (published by Becker, Munich 1996) and "Deutsch-französische Geschäftsbeziehungen erfolgreich managen" (published by DWD-Verlag, Cologne 2002).
