Born in 1959, Master of Science in Theoretical Physics from the University of Munich and MBA ot Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta.

She worked for McKinsey in Munich before moving to Paris to work for 8 years for a French conglomerate, holding positions as Director of Division (60 M Euros) in a French textile company and Vice-President of international Sales for a French cruise company.

She then founded her own cruise wholesale company, which she sold when it had reached sales of 30 M Euros. Her experience include team work, operational management and contract negotians with Germans, French, English and Americans. She teaches at the French business school HEC. Her coaching is based on the systemic approach of Paul Watzlawick.
