Born in 1954, she is an ESSEC-diploma holder. She began her professional life in aeronautics (the plane business). Also moving in circles of top athletes and an athlete herself, she developed a method of relaxation for managing stress and feeling fit, "LE STETCHING POSTURALÒ".

She then decided to apply her experience in this area to the business world by including body and non-verbal communication in seminaries on communication.

In 1988 she transformed her childhood home "LA FEUILLERAIE" into a centre for seminaries that was to become, in 1999, the JPB centre. Since 1995 Francine Breuer has actively participated, as a JPB director, in the company's development, organising and inspiring seminaries and workshops.
