Pierre Frot, born in 1963. Pierre has been working for more than 17 years in management consulting, focusing on challenging organisational projects he has worked in the last years on several large merger projects using innovative, team based approaches. Prior to joining the JPB network, Pierre worked five years in the Paris and Munich offices of the Boston Consulting Group and went to CSC Index as a principal in 1994. In 1998 he was named managing director of CSC Index Germany, supervising 30 consultants. Pierre is a graduate from the French “Grande Ecole” for Space and Aerospace (Sup'Aéro) in Toulouse and holds a MBA degree from INSEAD in Fontainebleau. He is trained in coaching, intercultural coaching, systemic coaching, systemic phenomenological constellation, EFT and NLP.

Alexander Caillet, born in 1964, is a dual
citizen of France and the United States, has lived
in Europe, the United States and Mexico, and is
fluent in English, French and Spanish. He received a
B.S. in Psychology from the University of Michigan
and a Master in Organization Psychology from
Columbia University. Formerly, he was a Director/Client
Lead at Gunn Partners helping clients achieve
transformational outcomes by appropriately balancing
the business and people aspects of change. Alexander
created and led the Change Leadership practice for
Gunn Partners where he developed and integrated the
Firm’s core change methodologies. Specific agendas
include organizational design and implementation,
re-design of core work processes, the design and
implementation of new human resource systems, and
the leadership of culture change. His experience
covers re-structuring initiatives with Finance,
Human Resources, and Marketing functions, cost
reduction and re-engineering work in administrative
processes, and designing team based organizational
structures for line operations. Alexander is also an
executive coach and performs high-performance team
coaching, process facilitation, and leadership
coaching with his clients.

She was also a board member of a consulting company headquartered in Milan.
In 2002, Marisa moved to Washington, D.C., where she earned an MA in Organizational Sciences-Organizational Management at George Washington University, with a specialization in Leadership Coaching. Since her return to Italy, Marisa has become a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and of the executive board of the Italian Coach Federation (FIC).

He created and implemented innovative sales training programs in the USA from 1981 to 1989.Since 1990 he has been internationally active, leading successful learning programs in Austria, Great Britain, France, Germany, Holland The Czech Republic, Hungary, Spain and USA for organisations that believe competitive advantage is created through investment in their human capital. In addition to role as a trainer-facilitator, Dan speaks to business groups about developing international competence, performance leadership and global teamwork. Dan has been dealing with human resource groups, top management teams and heads of business units regarding their “people development” for nearly two decades. Markus Schnitzer, born in 1972, was several times national cross-country skiing champion (up to 1991) and triathlon champion (up to 1999) as well as member of the Austrian National Triathlon Team, professional until 1999.
He combines sport management studies, sport science and business education.
From 1997, coaching and training in the spheres of chronobiology, Trinergy - NLP and Systemic Structural Constellations. From 1999, he delivers coaching seminar activities in the spheres of vitality coaching/lifestyle coaching. 2002 – 2004 trainer of Olympic winner Kate Allen.

... Ich wollte Ihnen nachträglich allen nochmals für ein wirklich gelungenes und höchst aufschlussreiches mentalmerger®-Team-Projekt danken und gratulieren. Selten hat mich ein Workshop im Nachhinein noch so beschäftigt wie dieses, von dem übermäßigen Müdigkeitsbefall Samstag nachmittags, nachdem alle Anspannung und Konzentration abgeklungen waren, sowie einigen Momenten der Schlaflosigkeit in jener Nacht, beim Revuepassieren erkenntnisreicher Passagen, einmal ganz zu schweigen! Es ist Ihnen wirklich gelungen, wesentliche Mechanismen und Verhaltensweisen auf den Punkt zu bringen und somit den Zugang zu der „dimension beyond“ freizugeben. |
