N°1 cause of dysfunctional teams:
Emotional viruses generating
MISTRUST!

The key competency of JPB Consulting is in building and establishing a long lasting realistic framework for trust in mergers & acquisitions, international projects and co-operations.

The "soft" issues of human behavior, i.e. the ability to identify and treat “emotional viruses”, become a key factor for the make-or-break of a co-operation.
The holistic and systemic approach centered on the
mentalmerger® change management and team-coaching process developed by JPB enables key players in multicultural surrounding to respect their differences and to "merge mentally". mentalmerger® liberates the potential for productive interaction and maximum synergy.

As in competitive sport, it is a team’s strong mental focus, unaffected by “emotional viruses” (fears, doubts …), which determines the lead that it has over its competitors.
As a result, instead of being lost in political and strategic controversies and other false debates, key players concentrate on practical matters at hand. By recognising those differences as complimentary, the latent transcultural value in international ventures can be liberated.

Exceptional and sustainable performances can only be achieved through mentalmerger®!

Thank you for this interesting workshop. I feel a global satisfaction of these cool ... but intensive leadership seminar. It was an additional occasion to work on myself (never ending story!) ... which is the first target of the training. And the friendly contacts we had with you and other EADS players, among a particularly great group, will participate to the building of an "EDP net", necessary for the improvement of the managerial culture inside EADS.
